underwhelming experience with some issues
internet issuesunhelpful staff
the internet did not work during my entire stay. check-in took too long because of internet issues and the staff couldn't take payment. the reception staff were not helpful, made things more frustrating.

the location was great i liked being near train stations plus there were amazing cafes close by i also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. the room was presented nicely and i felt comfortable .
the room i had was small and the shower wasn't the best the interior felt cheap to me. i think the price i paid was too much for the overall quality of the room.

the location was acceptable as a base for exploring.
the room i booked was not the room i received i was moved to a smaller one this was like a bait and switch situation the staff's explanation was unsatisfactory and the compensation offered did not match the inconvenience suffered moreover the lack of responsiveness to my complaint added insult to injury i consider that disrespectful.

i liked the friendly staff and stylish bathroom. the general decor was also quite nice. i also found the breakfast provided to be good.
the room i had was a little small and the shower wasn't perfect.

the hotel offers luggage storage which was useful for my travel plans. the breakfast area has a variety of options including eggs cereal fruit yogurt and pastries. coffee is available in the room and the toiletries have a lovely orange scent.
